[My son] "has always had an ear for music and loves to express himself through a dance. This has also assisted in maintaining a level of fitness which for individuals that suffer from the Downs condition is absolutely essential. Another important benefit has been the level of confidence that he has gained, to see him perform in front of large audiences is quite amazing and it is clear that this is true of all group members. Their respect and love for each other, encouraging and supporting the most vulnerable and nervous of their team is a lesson for us all."
